摘　　要：分析以往3500 mm规格以下中板四辊轧机换辊及标高调整装置存在的缺点和不足,提出一种新型的换辊及标高调整装置,并对换辊轨道及提升液压缸优化设计。改进后的方案降低制造和维护难度,延长零部件使用寿命,减轻了设备重量,节约了制造成本。The paper studies the shortcoming of the roll change and pass-line elevation adjustment device of 3500 mm or below 4-H Plate Rolling Mills, and comes out a new type roll change and pass-line elevation adjustment device with optimized design of roll changing rails and lifting hydraulic cylinder. The new type device can reduce the difficulty on operation and maintenance, prolong the service life of components and parts, decrease the equipment weight and lower the manufacture cost.
