摘 要:以小分子二元醇、异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二胺( IPDA)和聚酯多元醇为原料合成了一种脂肪族聚氨酯树脂,用作合成革表面处理剂,使合成革表面达到雾面特黑的效果。考察了不同种类二元醇和异氰酸酯所合成的聚氨酯树脂及其粘度对合成革雾面处理剂黑度和雾度的影响。结果表明,小分子二元醇采用1,6-己二醇、异氰酸酯采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯( IPDI)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯( HDI)质量比为1.0∶2.6的混合物时,树脂粘度控制在3000~12000 mPa·s,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂处理合成革表面时雾面特黑效果明显。A kind of aliphatic polyurethane resin was synthesized using small molecule dihydric alcohol, diso-cyanate, isophorone diamine( IPDA) and polyester polyols. This resin could be used in synthetic leather surface coating agent, having black and fog effect using in synthetic leather surface coating agent. The effect of different kinds of polyurethane resin and its viscosity in fog and black was researched. The results showed that the best the optimal conditions was that 1,6-hexanediol was the small molecular dihydric alcohol, mass ratio of IPDI and HDI was 1.0∶2.6, the range of resin viscosity was 3000 to 12000 mPa·s,and the effect of fog and black was obviously.
