摘 要:乌鲁木齐市PM2.5污染程度较高,源解析结果表明,二次硫酸盐和硝酸盐所占比例达38%,因此控制其前体物SO2和NOx排放量是进一步控制乌鲁木齐市PM2.5污染的关键.基于乌鲁木齐市污染物季节排放特征,制定了适用于乌鲁木齐市经济技术可行的削减方案.经过计算,为满足乌鲁木齐市采暖季和非采暖季空气质量达标,乌鲁木齐市SO2年允许排放量为8.8×104 t,削减5.4×104 t,其中,采暖季削减3.9×104 t,非采暖季削减1.5×104 t;NOx年允许排放量为8.5×104 t,削减3.4×104 t,其中采暖季削减1.5×104 t,非采暖季削减1.9×104 t.削减后,非采暖季SO2和NOx模拟浓度值均达到控制标准,采暖季SO2达到控制标准,但NOx未达标,应加大对乌鲁木齐市机动车排放的控制.The pollution caused by PM2.5 in Urumqi was very serious,the source identification result showed that the percentage of second sulfate and nitrate reached 38%.To control the precursor(SO2 and NOx)emissions was the key to further control the PM2.5 pollution in Urumqi.Based on the seasonal pollutant emission characteristics in Urumqi,economic and technologic feasible reduction plan was established.In order to satisfy the air quality standard in heating season and non-heating season,the allowable emission of SO2 was 8.8×104 t,the reduction amount was 5.4×104 t.The allowable emission of NOx was 8.5×104 t,the reduction amount was 3.4×104 t.After the reduction plan was implemented,the simulated concentrations of SO2 reach the seasonal air quality standards,but the simulated concentration of NOx in heating season didn’t reach the standard,so controlling vehicle emissions was essential for Urumqi.
