摘　　要：目的：对酸藤子进行化学成分研究。方法：采用硅胶色谱、聚酰胺色谱等方法对酸藤子乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化常数和光谱分析,对其进行结构鉴定。结果：从酸藤子乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中共分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为：β-谷甾醇（1）、β-胡萝卜苷（2）、没食子酸（3）、香草酸（4）、芦丁（5）、金丝桃苷（6）、槲皮素（7）、山柰酚（8）、金圣草黄素（9）、大黄素甲醚（10）、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷（11）。结论：其中,化合物5~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Embelia laeta. Methods： The constituents from the EtOAc fraction of ethanol extract of Embelia laeta were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide. The compounds were identified by their physiochemical proerties and spectral data. Results： Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol（ 1）,β-daucosterel（ 2）,gallic acid（ 3）,vanillic acid（ 4）,rutin（ 5）,hyperin（ 6）,quercetin（ 7）,kaemperol（ 8）,chrysoeriol（ 9）,physcion（ 10） and apigenin-7-O-glucoside（ 11）. Conclusion： Compounds 5 ~11 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
