摘　　要：目的：研究紫背金盘Ajuga nipponensis Makino的化学成分。方法：利用反复硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果：分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为：棕榈酸（1）、痢止蒿甲素（2）、β-谷甾醇（3）、金合欢素（4）、芹菜素（5）、大籽筋骨草素B（6）、熊果酸（7）、β-蜕皮激素（8）和8-乙酰基哈帕苷（9）、胡萝卜苷（10）。结论：其中,化合物1~7和10为首次从紫背金盘中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Ajuga nipponensis. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by phyisochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results： Ten compounds were isolated and identified as： hexadecanoic acid（ 1）,ajuforrestin A（ 2）,β-sitosterol（ 3）,acacetin（ 4）,apigenin（ 5）,ajugamacrin B（ 6）,ursolic acid（ 7）,β-ecdysone（ 8）,8-acetylharpagide（ 9） and daucosterol（ 10）. Conclusion： Compounds 1 ~ 7 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
