摘  要:目的:利用响应面法对红花中红花黄色素的超声提取工艺进行优化。方法:通过单因素试验选取试验因素与水平;根据中心组合试验设计原理,以羟基红花黄色素A为指标成分,以其提取率为响应值,采用三因素三水平的响应面法建立数学模型并获得最优提取条件。结果:红花黄色素的最佳提取工艺为:超声温度55℃,液料比16,超声时间39 min,提取3次。结论:在此条件下,红花黄色素的提取率为1.798%,与理论预测值1.849%的相对误差为2.758%。优化后的方法可为高效提取红花中的红花黄色素提供参考。Objective: To investigate the optimization of extraction conditions of safflower yellow from Carthamus tinctorius by response surface methodology. Methods: Experimental factors and levels were selected by one-factor test,and then according to the central composite experimental design principle,response surface methodology with three factors and three levels was used to establish a mathematical model to obtain the optimal extraction conditions with hydroxysafflower yellow A being the target and its extraction yield as response value. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of safflower yellow were as follows: extraction temperature was 55 ℃,ratio of water to raw material was 16∶ 1 and extraction time was 39 min for three times. Conclusion: Under these conditions,the extraction yield of safflower yellow is 1. 798%,and the relative error between the predicted value with actual value is 2. 758%. The optimized method can provide reference for the efficient extraction of safflower yellow from Carthamus tinctorius.
