中医治疗肾病综合征的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医在治疗肾病综合征方面的方案及其效果。方法选择2010年11月至2012年10月我院肾病综合征患者78例作为研究对象,根据中医辨证分型分组。A组为肝肾阴虚型,B组为脾肾亏虚型,均给予中药汤剂口服治疗。连续治疗12周,对比两组患者治疗前后肾小球滤过率(GFR)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)等指标的差异性。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者GFR均有所上升;其中B组上升幅度明显大于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者UAER均有所下降;其中B组下降幅度明显大于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证在肾病综合征的治疗中疗效满意,其中对脾肾亏虚型的治疗效果明显优于肝肾阴虚型,在今后的临床工作中予以重视,并根据证型合理用药。Objective Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of kidney disease syndrome scheme and its effect. Method Choice in November 2010 to October 2012, our hospital kidney patients 78 cases as the research object, according to the grouping of traditional Chinese medicine. For liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of group A and group B as, Spleen and kidney deficiency type were given Chinese medicine medicinal broth of oral treatment. Treatment for 12 weeks in a row, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of glomerular filtration rate（GFR）, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）and so on the differences of indicators. Results Compared with before treatment, treatment after two groups of patients GFR increased;Which is bigger than the rise in group A, group B statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）. Compared with before treatment, after treatment reduced UAER of patients in two groups;The declines significantly more than group A, group B statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of kidney disease curative effect is satisfied, the effect of treatment of Spleen and kidney deficiency type is better than liver-kidney Yin deficiency type, attach importance to it in the future clinical work, and according to the type of rational drug use.
