根治性子宫切除术后患者排尿功能障碍的病因分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的：探讨根治性子宫切除术后患者排尿功能障碍的病因分析与护理对策。方法以2010年10月至2011年10月来我院进行治疗的患者22例为研究对象，对他们进行综合护理干预，以研究其对患者排尿功能的影响情况。结果所有患者的排尿次数都减少，为49%~64%；每天的尿急发生率也有所降低，为44%-80%；每次的排尿时间也有所缩短，为48%-79%；每次的排尿量则相对增加，为53%-145%。结论通过对子宫切除术患者进行心理干预、术前、术后护理干预等综合护理干预，可以有效降低患者的膀胱功能障碍发生率，有效促进患者恢复自主排尿功能，进而改善患者的术后排尿功能，提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the radical hysterectomy for patients with voiding dysfunction causes analysis and nursing. Method In 2010 October-2011;October in our hospital for treatment of 22 patients as the object of study, comprehensive nursing intervention for them, to study its effect on the patients with voiding function. Results In all the patients. Micturition number reduced, about 49%-64%;daily micturition occurrence rate is reduced, about 44%-80%;every time micturition time is also shortened, about 48%-79%; urinary amount each time is relatively increased, about 53%-145%. Conclusion The psychological intervention, the patients with hysterectomy preoperative, postoperative nursing intervention of comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of patients with bladder dysfunction, effectively promote the recovery of automatic micturition function of patients, and improve the patient＆#39;s postoperative voiding function, improve the quality of life of patients.
