养血祛风止痒汤联合西替利嗪治疗围绝经期妇女皮肤瘙痒症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养血祛风止痒汤联合盐酸西替利嗪分散片治疗围绝经期妇女皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法将70例单纯性皮肤瘙痒症的围绝经期妇女随机分为2组。对照组35例采用西药内服抗组胺药物盐酸西替利嗪分散片治疗。治疗组35例,在对照组基础上加用养血祛风止痒汤治疗。观察两组症状、体征的变化,比较两组总有效率差异。结果治疗组总有效率为97.14%,对照组为77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.202,P<0.001)。结论养血祛风止痒汤联合盐酸西替利嗪分散片治疗围绝经期妇女皮肤瘙痒症较单用西药疗效更显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of blood-nourishing, wind-dispelling and itching-alleviating decoction combined with cetirizine on treating pruritus of perimenopausal women. Methods 70 cases of simple skin pruritus of perimenopausal women were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 35 patients was given western medicine Oral antihistamines Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets. The treatment group of 35 patients was given blood-nourishing, wind-dispel ing and itching-al eviating decoction on the basis of Cetirizine. Changes of symptoms and signs in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.14%in treatment group, and was 77.14%in control group. The differences in two groups were statistical y significant（χ2=37.202, P〈0.001）.Conclusion The blood-nourishing, wind-dispel ing and itching-al eviating decoction combined with cetirizine is more effective on treating skin pruritus of perimenopausal women than only western medicine.
