李氏伤科跌打酒的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨李氏伤科跌打酒就治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法将我院220例软组织损伤患者按照治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组153例患者采用李氏伤科跌打酒外涂于患处,对照组67例患者采用市售红花油外涂于患处,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈126例,好转27例,总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的91.0%(P<0.01)。结论李氏伤科跌打酒治疗软组织损伤疗效较好,能够显著缓解患者的肿胀和疼痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of Lee＇s traumatology bone wine on curing soft tissue injury. Methods 220 cases of patients in our hospital were divided into treatment group （153 cases） and control group （67 cases）. Treatment group were treated by applying Lee＇s traumatology bone wine on the wounds; control group were treated by applying commercially available safflower oil on the wounds. Then compare the treatment effects. Results In the treatment group, 126 out of 153 cases were cured; 27 out of 153 cases were much better than before, so the total effective rate is 100%, which is obviously higher than the control group＇s effective rate 91.0% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Lee＇s traumatology bone wine is good for the soft tissue injury. Moreover, it can have significant pain relief, and has high clinical value.
