阿司匹林、低分子肝素与辛伐他汀联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛45例

摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林、低分子肝素与辛伐他汀联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组45例,对照组仅采取阿司匹林常规治疗,观察组采取阿司匹林、低分子肝素与辛伐他汀联合治疗,比较两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,对照组为73.33%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后心绞痛发作次数较治疗前明显减少,但观察组减少的更为明显(P<0.01);治疗后观察组心绞痛持续时间较治疗前明显缩短(P<0.01),但对照组无明显改善(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿司匹林、低分子肝素与辛伐他汀联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the aspirin and low molecular heparin and simvastatin combined clinical curative effect for the treatment of unstable angina. Methods Our hospital 90 cases of patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 45 cases of control group only take aspirin routine therapy, observation group to take aspirin and low molecular heparin and combination treatment with simvastatin, compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment. Results The observation group treatment the total effective rate was 91.11%, control group was 73.33%, the observation group is signiifcantly higher than the control group, two groups are signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）;attack frequency of angina, the two groups after treatment than before treatment signiifcantly reduced, but the observation group reduced more signiifcantly （P〈0.01）;observation group after treatment of angina pectoris was signiifcantly shortened the duration （P〈0.01）, but the control group no signiifcant improvement （P〉0.05）, the two groups after treatment the comparison group obviously shorter than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Aspirin and low molecular heparin and simvastatin combined treatment of unstable angina curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
