摘　　要：目的探讨品质管理对提高CCU医护人员手卫生依从性中的应用。方法在开展品管护理活动前组织理论知识的学习,对CCU医护人员手卫生的现状进行调查,分析CCU医护人员手卫生依从性差的原因,采取有效措施进行持续质量改进。结果品管圈活动的开展使CCU医护人员的洗手率得到显著提高。结论品管圈活动有效提高了CCU医护人员的手卫生依从性,不仅保护了自身的健康,也大大降低了CCU医院感染的发生率。Objective The purpose is to improve the hand hygiene compliance of CCU medical staff through quality management. Methods Before carrying out quality control care, the theoretical knowledge should be learned systematically. The investigation of the hand hygiene in CCU should be performed, which can provide some proofs why there is a poor compliance of hand hygiene in CCU, in order to improve the quality of hand hygiene continuously. Result The hand-washing rate in CCU has been significantly improved through quality control circle. Conclusion The hand hygiene compliance of CCU medical staff has been signiifcantly improved through quality control circle, which can not only protect the medical staff from danger, but also canreduce the incidence of infection in CCU markedly.
