品管圈模式在预防口腔科老年住院患者跌倒中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈模式在预防口腔科住院老年患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性将236例口腔科老年住院患者随机分为对照组(110例)和观察组(126例),观察组实施品管圈管理模式,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的跌倒发生率。结果:对照组5例患者发生跌倒,跌倒发生率为4.5%,观察组未出现患者跌倒,观察组跌倒发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动的实施降低口腔科老年住院患者跌倒的发生率,提高护理人员主动性,使护理质量得到持续改进。Objective：To discuss the effect of quality control circle on prevention of hospitalized elder patients’ fall down in Department of Stomatology.Method： In our study, 236 elder patients were randomly divided into two groups, the controlgroup （110 cases） and the experim ental Group （126 cases）.The Quality Control Circle was adm inistered in the experim ental group and only common nursing in the control group.Patients’ fall down rate in the both group were com pared.Result：The elderly hospitalized patients’ fall down rate in the control group was 4.5% , while there was nobody fall down in the experim ental group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of quality control circle was proved to be able to reduce the elderly hospitalized patients’ falldown rate in department of Stomatology.Nurses＆#39;initiative should be raised in order to im prove consistently the quality ofnursing.
