摘　　要：我国企业重大事故应急管理存在的问题:安全意识淡薄,全员参与程度不高;没有建立科学合理的应急管理体系;对重大危险源缺乏系统、有效的监控管理;预案的可操作性差且应急资源不够,应急行动难以有序进行;应急管理的技术和手段还有待创新。加强企业重大事故应急管理,需建立科学的一体化应急管理体系,运用先进信息技术建立重大事故应急信息支撑平台。Problems existing in major accident emergency management of our enterprise are： safety consciousness, full partic- ipation is not high; no establishment of a scientific and reasonable emergency management system; the lack of systematic and ef- fective monitoring and management for major dangerous source; poor operability plan and insufficient emergency resources, emer- gency action is difficult in an orderly manner; emergency management technology and means have to be innovative. To strengthen the major accident emergency management of enterprise need establish a scientific integrated emergency management system, use advanced i^fformation technology to establish a major accident emergency information support platform.
