神门透刺少海治疗焦虑症状30例

摘　　要：选择HAMA测查 ,凡得分 >14,确诊焦虑症状的患者采用神门透刺少海 ,每日 1次 ,10天为一疗程 ,连续 2～ 3个疗程。 结果 :临床痊愈 8例 (2 6 7% ) ,显著进步 16例 (53 3% ) ,进步 6例(2 0 0 % ) ,总有效率 10 0 0 %。治疗前和治疗后HAMA平均得分为 19 83± 4 857,9 4 0± 2 810 ;P <0 0 1。结论 :神门透刺少海穴治疗焦虑症状有较好的疗效 。The patients who was definitely diagnosed as anxiety symptom by HAMA survey with score>14 were treated with Shenmen(HT7) through Shaohai(HT8),once daily,10 days constituting one course,for 2 3 consecutive courses.Results: Indicated that 8 cases were clinical cure(26.7%),16 cases improved markedly(53.3%),6 cases improved(20 0%),the total effective rate being 100.0%.The mean score of HAMA before and after treatment was 19.83±4 857 and 9.40±2.810 respectively,P<0.01.Conclusion:Shenmen through Shaohai has a better therapeutic effect for treatment of anxiety symptom. [
