基层武警战士睡眠质量与人格特点的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基层武警战士睡眠质量与人格特点之间的关系。方法采用军人睡眠质量量表、艾森克人格问卷对215名基础武警战士进行调查。结果①精神质、情绪稳定性维度与睡眠质量问卷总分呈负相关(r=-0.293,-0.451;P<0.01),内外向、掩饰性维度与睡眠质量总分呈正相关(r=0.248,0.267;P<0.01);②低睡眠质量组在精神质和情绪稳定性维度得分显著高于高分组(t=-3.065,-4.647;P<0.01),而在内外向和掩饰性维度得分显著低于高分组(t=5.206,8.055;P<0.01);③外向稳定型人格的战士睡眠质量得分显著高于内向不稳定型和外向不稳定型的战士(F=7.069,P<0.01)。结论基层武警战士的人格特点对睡眠质量有影响,其中情绪稳定性对睡眠质量影响最大。Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality and personality of primary armed soldiers. Methods A sample of 215 primary armed police soldiers were administered the SQSCMP and EPQ. Results （1）The SQSCMP total score was nega- tively correlated with the scores of EPQ -P and EPQ -N （r =-0. 293,-0. 451;P 〈 0.01 ）, while positively correlated with the scores of EPQ - E and EPQ - L（ r = 0. 248,0.267 ;P 〈 0.01 ）. （2）Low - scores in sleep quality got significantly higher scores in EPQ - P and EPQ - N （ t = -3. 065, -4.647 ; P 〈 0.01 ）, while got significantly lower scores in EPQ - E and EPQ - L （ t = 5. 206,8. 055 ; P 〈 0.01 ）. （3）Sol- diers with extroversion-stable personality got better SQSCMP scores than those with extroversion-unstable and introversion-unstable per- sonality （ F = 7. 069, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The sleep quality of primary armed soldiers is influenced by personality, in which EPQ - N is the main influencing factor.
