摘  要:目的探讨个性因素对三军官兵的影响模式,为其心理健康教育及心理咨询与治疗提供科学依据。方法采用人性的哲学修订量表中的复杂性分量表、卡特尔16种人格因素分析对路军、海军、空军3个军种总共1900名官兵进行心理测评。统计处理采用秩变换单因素方差分析、Spearman相关分析及Amos路径分析。结果不同文化程度的官兵在人性复杂性正性上有显著差异(F=2.87,P=0.04);Amos路径分析显示稳定性对新兵个性的贡献最大(β=0.75,P<0.01);个性对新兵人性复杂性正性的直接效应显著(β=0.27,P<0.001),其在部队属性与人性复杂性正性的存在显著的间接效应(β=0.04,P<0.01)。结论官兵对人性的复杂性的认识受个性影响最大,在个性因素影响下加强文化程度以及部队属性对官兵人性复杂性的认识,有必要针对官兵的个性因素进行专门的心理训练。Objective To explore the influential model of personality factors on the armed forces officers and soldiers in order to pro- vide the scientific basis for psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Methods A total of 1900 officers and soldiers were evaluated on complexity of human nature scale of Human Nature (CHN)and 16 personality factor questionnaire (16PF). Analysis as rank transform one factor ANOVA, Spearman correlation and Amos pathway were implemented. Results Officers and soldiers complexities of human nature between different education levels were different ( F = 2. 87, P - 0.04) ; Pathway analysis of Amos showed that stability was the most significant factor contributing to personality of officers and soldiers(β =0.75 ,P 〈0.01 ) ;Personality had a direct effects on positive item of complexity of human nature in recruits(β = 0.27 ,P 〈 0. 001 ) and an indirect effects through property of their units(β = 0.04 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Personality has a very important role in the effect model of recruits complexity of human nature. The influence of personality factors enhance literacy and forces property5 awareness of the complexity of human nature in soldiers. Special training on sta- bility is in need.
