安全感与幸福感:爱与归属感的中介作用和恋爱的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探讨爱与归属感在大学生安全感与幸福感之间的中介作用,以及恋爱状态在这三者关系模型中的调节作用。方法采用安全感量表、情感和社交孤寂量表以及幸福感指数量表调查1177名大一学生。结果恋爱组的人际安全因子得分高于非恋爱组,而非恋爱组情感孤寂与社交孤寂上的得分均高于恋爱组(均P<0.05);安全感的两个因子(即人际安全和控制感)和幸福感呈正相关(r=0.50,0.49;P<0.01);爱与归属感的两个因子(即情感孤寂和社交孤寂)与安全感的两个因子呈负相关(-0.55≤r≤-0.31,P<0.01),与幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.34,-0.50;P<0.01)。爱与归属感在安全感与幸福感之间起部分中介作用(中介效应为0.45,P<0.01)。恋爱状态在爱与归属感到幸福感这一路径之间起到了调节作用(r恋爱组=-0.22,r未恋爱组=-0.40;P<0.01)。结论安全感既可直接影响幸福感,也可通过爱与归属感来影响幸福感;恋爱状态在这三者中起调节作用。Objective To investigate the mediation role of love and belonging between the sense of security and well-being in college students as well as the moderating role of falling in love in the relational model constructed by them. Methods Totally 1177 freshmen were selected from a medical college and assessed with the Security Questionnaire （ SQ ） , Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale and Index of Well-Being. Results In this sample,love condition group scored higher than not love condition group in interpersonal safety factor, but lower in social and emotional loneliness（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two factors of security（ interpersonal safety and sense of control） were positively cor- related with well-being（ r = 0. 50,0. 49;P 〈 0.01 ）, two factors of love and belonging （emotional loneliness and social loneliness）were negatively correlated with well-being（ r = 4）. 34 ,-0.50 ;P 〈 0. 01 ）. The model constructed by them fited the data well （x2/df 〈 5, P 〉 0.05, GFI 〉 0.90, RMSEA 〈 0.05 ）. Love and belonging acted as a mediator between the sense of security and well-being, and the media- ting effect was 0.45 （P 〈 0.01 ）. ;Love condition or not played a moderating role in the path of love and belonging to the well-being （r（ in love） = 4）. 22, r （ not in love ） = 4）. 40, Ps 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Security can directly affect the well-being, but also influence well-being through love and belonging;Love condition or not plays a moderating role in them.
