PPH加直肠黏膜分段纵行缝合术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂126例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨PPH加直肠黏膜分段纵行缝合术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法回顾性分析126例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行PPH加直肠黏膜分段纵行缝合术治疗的临床资料。结果 126例患者治愈112例(88.9%),显效10例(7.9%),好转3例(2.4%),无效1例(0.8%),显效率以上为96.8%。无出血、感染、直肠阴道瘘等并发症。结论 PPH加直肠黏膜分段纵行缝合术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂疗效可靠,操作简便,术后恢复快。Objective To explore the curative effect on the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapse by combination PPH with rectal mucosa longitudinal suture.Methods 126 cases of patients with rectal prolapse underwent PPH plus segmented longitudinal rectal mucosa suture treatment were analyzed and summarized clinical data.Results.Of 126 cases,112 cases （88.9%） were cured,10 cases （7.9%） had remarkable curative effect,3 patients were improved （2.4 %）,and 1 cases was invalid （0.8 %）,with effective rate over 96.8%.No bleeding,infection,rectovaginal fistula was observed.Conclusion PPH plus rectal mucosa segmented longitudinal suture for the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse was reliable,easy operating and rapid recovery.
