摘　　要：目的探讨小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术加硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法收集2010年6月至2012年12月收治的58例采用小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术加硝酸甘油软膏治疗的肛裂患者的临床资料,分析其临床效果。结果治愈55例,好转2例,未愈1例,治愈率为94.8%。无肛周感染、肛门失禁、肛门畸形等并发症。结论小针刀侧方内括约肌切断术加硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂临床效果良好,具有安全性好、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of lateral internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel with nitroglycerin ointments in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods 58 cases of anal fissure patients were observed in our hospital from June 2008 to December 2012.All of them were implemented lateral internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel with nitroglycerin ointments.Results Cure occurred in 57cases,improvement in 2 cases and failure in 1 case.The heal rate of anal fissure was 94.8%.There is no complication which needs surgical treatment.Conclusion The effect of lateral internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel with nitroglycerin ointments in the treatment of anal fissnre has obvious advantage of safety,effectiveness,less trauma,early recovery and low incidence of complications.
