外剥内扎加弧形切缝术治疗环状混合痔40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察外剥内扎加弧形切缝术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将80例环状混合痔分为治疗组40例,采用外剥内扎加弧形切缝术;对照组40例,采用传统外剥内扎术进行对比观察。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为90%和73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间的创面愈合时间、肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄及术后复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗环状混合痔时,外剥内扎加外痔弧形切缝术具有治愈率高、复发率低等优点,较好地解决了环状混合痔术后肛门狭窄、肛门水肿等并发症的发生。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating annular mixed hemorrhoids by internal ligation external excision and arc suturation operation.Methods 80 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups,40 cases in the therapeutic group was treated by internal ligation external excision and arc suturation operation; 40 cases in the control groups were treated by orthodox internal ligation external dissection.Results The cure rate of the therapeutic group and the control groups are 90%and 73%,respectively （P 〈0.05）.There are significant difference in the time of raw surface concrescence、anus oedema、anus stricture and recurrence rate （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Treating annular mixed hemorrhoids by internal ligation external excision and arc suturation operation have the advantages such as fewer recurrence rate and better cure rate,which could betterly solve the complications of anus oedema,anus stricture annular after mixed hemorrhoids operation.
