口服果导加灌肠在先天性巨结肠术前肠道准备的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口服果导加灌肠对提高先天性巨结肠术前肠道准备的效果。方法将80例先天性巨结肠患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组术前肠道准备采用口服果导加灌肠,对照组采用单纯灌肠,比较两组平均灌肠时间、平均灌肠天数、术前肠道清洁度和并发症、术前平均住院时间及住院费用的差异。结果两组在平均灌肠时间和平均灌肠天数的比较差异有统计学意义;在术前肠道清洁度和并发症的比较差异无统计学意义;在术前平均住院时间及住院费用比较中,差异有统计学意义。结论采用口服果导加灌肠可以缩短先天性巨结肠术前肠道准备时间,提高护理工作效率和手术成功率,缩短住院天数,减少住院费用,减轻患儿痛苦。Objective To investigate whether Phenolphthalein using can improve efficiency of the enema technique of Hirschsprung＇s disease.Methods Children were randomly divided into experimental treatment group and control group.Children in the treatment group were given both Phenolphthalein and enema technique to bowel preparation,and the children in the control group were given enema only.The average time,average number of days enema,preoperative cleanliness and complications were compared for statistical analysis.Results There were statistically significant difference in the average preoperative enema colon hydrotherapy time and average number of differences between two groups.There are no difference in preoperation cleanliness and complications between these two groups.Conclusion The addition of Phenolphthalein using in Hirschsprung＇s discase enema can reduce time,improve efficiency,reduce pain and reduce hospitalization.
