摘　　要：近年来,"订单式"培养方案在高职院校中得到了广泛的实施和推广,显示了强大的生命力并越来越受到企业的欢迎。本文从人才职业竞争力的角度探讨"订单式"培养存在的问题并力求找到解决的对策,以提高"订单生"的职业竞争力,更好地促进高校"订单式"人才培养。In recent years, the ＂order model＂ training has been widely implemented and popularized in the higher vocational colleges, has shown strong vitality and is welcomed by more and more enterprises. This paper discusses the problems existing in the ＂order type＂ training from the angle of career competitiveness of talents and tries to find the countermeasures, in order to improve the career competitiveness of ＂ order students＂ and promote the ＂ order type＂ talents training in institutions of higher learning.
