加味柴胡陷胸汤治疗痰热型稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味柴胡陷胸汤治疗痰热型稳定型心绞痛(SAP)临床疗效及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的60例痰热型SAP患者按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予阿司匹林等基础治疗,对照组在此基础治疗上加用单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg,口服,日2次。治疗组加用加味柴胡陷胸汤,每日1剂,日2次。总疗程均为2个月。治疗前后观察心绞痛发作频率、持续时间,并进行血液流变学检测。结果治疗组治疗后各项指标与治疗前比较均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组各项指标改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论加味柴胡陷胸汤治疗痰热型SAP,可以有效改善患者临床症状及血液流变学指标,临床上可以作为痰热型SAP的治疗方法进行推广。Objective To observe the impacts on clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indexes in the treatment of stable angina pectoris （SAP） of phlegm heat pattern with modified Chaihu Xianxiong Tang. Meth. otis Sixty patients of SAP of phlegm heat pattern that met the inclusive standard were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. The basic treatment with Aspirin was used in the two groups. Additionally, Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets were supplemented, 20mg, oral administration, twice a day in the control group ; the modified Chaihu Xianxiong Tang was added, one dose a day, twice a day. The total duration of treatment was 2 months. The frequency of angina attack and persistent time were observed before and after treatment. Hemodynamic indexes were determined. Results Every index result after treat- ment was improved apparently as compared with that before treatment in the treatment group, indicating the significant difference（P 〈 0.01 ）. As compared with the control group, the improvements in the indexes were obvious in the treatment group, indicating the significant difference （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The modified Chaihu Xianxiong Tang relieves effectively the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic indexes in the treatment of phlegm - heat pattern SAP. This therapy can be promoted in the treatment of this disease.
