农业现代化与农村民主政治建设关系研究综述

摘　　要：党的十七大报告明确提出:在推进社会主义新农村建设的进程中,要"坚持把发展现代农业、繁荣农村经济作为首要任务","走中国特色农业现代化道路"。加快社会主义新农村建设,推进农业现代化,农村民主政治建设是其中一个重要环节。本文在弄清农业现代化的含义与农村民主政治建设基本内涵的基础上,对中国农业现代化与农村民主政治建设二者之间的关系进行初步探讨。The 17th Party Congress Report clearly pointed out： in the process of building a new socialist countryside, it should ＂adhere to taking developing modern agriculture, thriving rural economy as a primary task＂ , ＂follow the path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics＂. To accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside, promote agricultural modernization and rural democratic political construction is one of important links. This paper plans to carry on the preliminary discussion on the relationship between China＇s agricultural modernization and the construction of rural democracy on the basis of clarifying the meaning of agricultural modernization and basic connotation of construction of rural democratic politics.
