HPLC法测定雷公藤饮片中雷公藤甲素的含量

摘　　要：目的　研究测定市售雷公藤饮片中雷公藤甲素含量的方法。方法　采用HPLC法以甲醇 水为流动相梯度洗脱 ,色谱柱为HypersilODS2 (4 .6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ;流速为 0 .8mL/min ;检测波长为 2 18nm。 结果　线性范围为 0 .0 0 4μg～0 .7μg ,r=0 .9999,加标回收率为 98.2 % ,RSD =2 .0 2 % (n =6 )。 结论　本法重复性好 ,灵敏度高。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the method of determination of the content of triptolide in Tripterygium Wilfordii Herbal Pieces sold in the market. METHOD HPLC method was used with methanol water as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS 2 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5μm); the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.; and the detection wave length was 218 nm. RESULT The linear range was 0.004～0.7 μg, r =0.999 9, marked recovery rate was 98.2%, and RSD =2.02% ( n =6). CONCLUSION This method has a good repeatability and sensibility.
