摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)及丙烯酸β-肛羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯(PU)大单体,得到HEA封端的聚氨酯,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、磷酸酯功能单体等单体,以半连续乳液聚合法合成了水性含磷丙烯酸酯聚氨酯(P-PUA).考察了DMPA用量、引发剂用量、丙烯酸磷酸酯单体用量、MMA用量对乳液和涂膜性能的影响.结果表明:DPMA用量、引发剂用量、丙烯酸磷酸酯单体用量、MMA用量分别为预聚体总量6.0%、3.0%~3.5%、5.0%、15.0%时,得到综合性能良好的P-PUA乳液,制得的涂膜附着力1级,涂膜耐水时间550 h,无闪蚀现象.Waterborne polyurethane (PU) macromonomer were prepared by using polytetrahydrofuran diol (PTMG), toluene diisocyanate(TDI), dimethylol propanic acid (DMPA) and /3-hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA) as main monomers, and obtained HEC terminated polyurethane. And then, phosphorus-containing polyurethane/acrylate emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization method by using methacrylate ester monomer (MMA), phosphate ester monomer and PU Previous obtained. The influence of the amount of DMPA, initiator, phosphate ester functional monomer and MMA on properties of emulsion were studied. The results showed that P-PUA emulsion were obtained with good stability, such as water resistance of 550 h, adhesion grade 1 class, no flash corrosion when the amount of DMPA, initiator, phosphate functional monomer, MMA were 6.0%, 3.0% - 3.5%, 5.0% and 15%, respectively.
