摘  要:目的探讨MRI多序列结合对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析31例先天性子宫畸形的MRI、超声及临床资料,将检查结果与临床或手术证实结果比较。结果以临床或手术证实结果为标准,纵隔子宫21例,单角子宫2例,残角子宫4例,双子宫2例,弓形子宫2例,同时伴有一侧肾脏缺如4例,MRI诊断子宫畸形的准确率为96.8%、超声诊断子宫畸形的准确率为83.9%。结论 MRI多序列结合检查能清楚显示宫底外形轮廓和宫腔结构,同时能轻松观察是否同时伴有泌尿系统畸形,是诊断先天性子宫畸形的最佳无创性检查方法之一。Objective: To study MRI sequence combined with more value to the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 31 cases of congenital uterine malfor- mation,MRI and ultrasound and clinical data to check the results compared with the clinical or s- urgery confirmed. Results: By clinical or surgery to confirm the results as the standard,mediasti- num uterus 21 cases,single horn of uterus in 2 cases,residual horn of uterus in 4 cases,double uterus in 2 cases,arcuate uterine in 2 cases,4 cases were accompanied by side kidney deficiency,such as at the same time,the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of uterine malformation was 96. 8%,the accuracy in ultrasonic diagnosis of uterine malformation was 83. 9%. Conclusion: MRI seque-nces can check clear palace at the bottom of the outline of uterine cavity structure and,at the same time can easily see if accompanied by urinary tract abnormalities at the same time,is one of the best non- invasive diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation.
