肺动脉瓣缺如的产前超声表现及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿肺动脉缺如的超声表现及临床意义。方法回顾性分析6例超声诊断的肺动脉瓣缺如的心脏超声表现。结果 6例均为左位心,心房正位,心室右位。心脏超声表现:肺动脉瓣环未见瓣叶组织;主肺动脉及左、右肺动脉呈瘤样扩张;多普勒在右室流出道及肺动脉内检出收缩期前向血流速度明显增快及明显的的反向反流频谱。结论肺动脉瓣缺如具有特征性表现,仔细的中孕期超声检查有助于早期发现病变并给予适当的遗传咨询。Objective： To explore the value and clinical significance of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of absent pulmonary valves. Methods： 6 cases of fetal absent pulmonary valves of our hospital whose ultrasound performance were retrospective analysis. Results： Levocardia,normal situs and atrioventricular connections were present in all cases. All cases showed typical signs： severe dilatation of the pulmonary trunk and it＇s branches,and concurrent occurrence of pulmonary valve stenosis and regurgitation.. Conclusions： Fetal absent pulmonary valves have characteristic sonographic manifestations,So ultrasonography can be used as a routine examination of fetal absent pulmonary valves,and can also provide appropriate clinical genetic counseling.
