摘  要:目的为了探究亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR C677T)和甲硫氨酸合成酶(MS A2756G)基因型和四川省内非梗阻性不育男性的相关性。方法我们选取了162名男性不育样本(100名无精症患者和62名少弱精症患者)和50名正常可育男性样本做相关性研究。多态性位点A1298C和A2756G的检测用DNA测序法,然后对得出的结果进行统计分析。结果我们发现男性不育组和正常对照组中两个位点的各个基因型之间没有联系。我们接着把162名不育的患者分为100名无精组和62名少弱精组后,分别与正常对照组比较,同样没能发现无精组、少弱精组和正常对照组有显著的统计学差异。结论我们的研究表明MTHFR A1298C和MS A2756G这两个多态性位点不是男性不育的风险因子。我们在四川人群中没能发现这两种多态性位点与男性不育有相关联系。Aim: To explore the association of methylenetetrahydro folate reductase (MTHFR A1298C) and methionine synthase (MS A2756G) genotypa with non- obstructive male infertility in Sichuan Province. Methods: A case -control study was carried out, which included 162 infertile Chinese patients with azoospermia (n = 100) or oligoasthenozoospermia (n =62) and 50 fertile men as con- trois. Polymorphisms A1298C and A2756G were determined by direct DNA sequencing and the results were statistically analyzed. Re- suits : We found no evidence of an association between the incidence of any of these variants in the infertile group and control populations. By classifying 162 infertile patients into 100 asoospermia and 62 oligoasthenozoospermia subjects, we also didn't find an association be- tween them and the control populations. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that MTHFR A1298C and MS A2756G do not affect infertility risk. We could find no evidence for an association between male infertility and polymorphisms in enzymes about Siehuan population.
