摘 要:目的了解平湖地区孕早期妇女TORCH〔包括弓形体(TOX)、风疹病毒(RV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅰ、HSV-Ⅱ)〕的感染状况。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测1593例孕早期妇女血清中TORCH-IgM及IgG抗体水平,并比较结果。结果 TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、CMV-IgM、HSVⅠ-IgM、HSVⅡ-IgM的阳性率分别为0.25%、0.31%、0.38%、2.01%、1.51%,HSVⅠ-IgM的阳性率最高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.52,P<0.05)。TOX-IgG、RV-IgG、CMV-IgG、HSVⅠ-IgG、HSVⅡ-IgG的阳性率分别为2.32%、85.81%、98.12%、92.59%、9.73%,CMV-IgG的阳性率最高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5880.61,P<0.05)。HSVⅠ-IgM抗体在秋冬季节的阳性率高于春夏季节(χ2=14.28,P<0.05),HSVⅡ-IgM抗体的阳性率在秋冬季节也高于春夏季节(χ2=12.29,P<0.05)。结论平湖地区孕早期妇女存在一定的TORCH阳性率,TORCH感染是不良妊娠结局的重要危险因素,因此在早孕期或孕前进行TORCH检测非常必要。Objective: To investigate the TORCH infection situation of toxoplasma (TOX), rubella virus (RV), cytomegalovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus I (HSV I ) and herpes simplex virus Ⅱ (HSV Ⅱ ) among 1593 women in the early period of pregnan- cy in Pinghu. Methods: TORCH IgM and IgG were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the exami- ning results were compared. Results: The positive rates of TOX - IgM, RV - IgM, CMV - IgM, HSV I - IgM and HSV Ⅱ - IgM were 0. 25%, 0. 31%, 0. 38%, 2. 01% and 1.51%, the positive rate of HSV I - IgM was the highest, which showed there was significant difference ( X 2 = 47.52, P 〈 0. 05). The positive rates of TOX - IgG, RV - IgG, CMV - IgG, HSV I - IgG and HSV Ⅱ- IgG were 2. 32%, 85.81%, 98. 12%, 92. 59% , 9. 73%, the positive rate of CMV - IgG was the highest, which showed there was significant difference ( X 2 = 5880. 61, P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate of HSV I - IgM was higher during autumn and winder than other seasons ( X 2 = 14. 28, P 〈0. 05), the positive rate of HSV Ⅱ - IgM also was higher during autumn and winder than other sea- sons ( X2 = 12. 29, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : It is necessary for women to take the examination of TORCH before pregnancy or in the early period of pregnancy , TORCH infections were important risk factors responsible for abnormal pregnant outcomes of pregnant women.
