150例艾滋病感染孕妇胎儿宫内发育情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析150例艾滋病感染孕妇孕28w以后其胎儿的头围、股骨长、腹围,从而探讨艾滋病感染孕妇其胎儿在宫内发育情况。方法采用二维及彩色多普勒超声对来院进行产前检查的所有孕妇进行认真仔细的胎儿检查,提取2007年1月至2012年1月孕28w以上的150例艾滋病感染孕妇其胎儿的检查结果和随机抽取同样孕周的150例未感染艾滋病的孕妇的胎儿用统一标准进行比较。结果 (1)头围≤第5百分位的例数:感染组96例,占总例数的64%,对照组6例,占总例数的4%;(2)股骨长≤第5百分位的例数:感染组21例,占总例数的14%,对照组3例,占总例数的2%;(3)腹围≤第5百分位的例数感染组42例,占总例数的28%,对照组9例,占总例数的6%;结论将感染艾滋病的孕妇孕晚期胎儿头围、腹围、股骨≤第5百分位例数的百分比与对照组进行比较,头围和腹围受影响较大,从而可以看出感染艾滋病的孕妇影响胎儿的出生体重。Objective ： Analysis of 150 cases of HIV infected pregnant women after 28 weeks of pregnancy the fetal head circumfer- ence, abdominal circumference, femur length, sexplore the HIV infected pregnant women in the fetal growth in uterus. Methods ： The two -dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound fetal check carefully to all pregnant women to hospital for prenatal examination, were analyzed using the unified standardsfrom 2007 January to 2012 January 28 weeks of gestation 150 cases of HIV infeetedpregnant women and the fetus examination results and the same gestational weekswere randomly selected 150 cases not infected with AIDS in pregnant women the fetus. Results ： （ I ） the number of cases of head circumference below fifth percentile ： infection group with 96 cases, ac- counting for 64% of the total cases, 6 cases in the control group, 4% of the total number of cases ; （2） femur length below fifth per- centile were： infection group with 21 cases, 14% of the total number of cases, control group of 3 cases, 2% of the total number of ea- ses; （3） group of 42 cases of abdominal circumferencenumber ~〈 fifth percentile of infection, 28% of the total number of cases, the control group of 9 cases, accounting for 6% of the total case. Conclusion ： The HIV infected pregnant women of fetal head circumfer- ence, abdominal circumference, femur ~ fifth percentile cases percentage compared with control group, head circumference and ab- dominal circumference affected by the larger, so we can see that the birth weight of pregnant women affect fetal infection of aids.
