摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿颅脑彩色多普勒超声检查的临床应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对1165例新生儿进行头颅检查,跟踪观察,必要时行头部CT检查。结果共计检查出颅脑损伤220例,其中颅内出血153例,缺血缺氧性脑病47例,脑室扩张16例,脑室旁白质软化4例。结论彩色多普勒超声对新生儿颅脑损伤有很好的诊断价值,且可以动态观察颅脑损伤的变化。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound on the neonatus cerebral damage. Methods： 1165 cases of neonatal cerebrum were early examined and follow up observed by Color Doppler ultrasound, and some cases were checked CT if necessary. Results： Total 220 cases of cerebral damage were found, include 157 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 47 ca- ses of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, 16 eases of ventricular expansion and 4 cases of periventriculal leukomalacia. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound has great value in neonatal cerebral damage diagnosis, and it can monitor the changes during the treatment process.
