嘉兴地区近10年神经系统疾病的病残儿鉴定分析

摘　　要：目的对嘉兴市五县两区病残儿鉴定中神经系统疾病进行分析，为提高人口素质，降低神经系统病残儿发生率提供科学依据。方法对嘉兴地区2000年～2010年10年间经嘉兴市五县两区上报进行病残儿鉴定的资料进行整理分析。结果近10年来参加病残儿鉴定合计1150例，其中神经系统痰病542例，占总病残儿鉴定人数的47．1％。神经系统疾病病残儿病种构成前5位，分别为智力低下139例，脑瘫118例，脑发育不全99例，原发性癫痫65例，这4种疾病占神经系统疾病的77．5％；嘉兴地区五县两区神经系统疾病病残儿鉴定中的比率桐乡最高达到2．07／万人，依次是海宁1．76／万人，嘉善1．53／万人，平湖1．50／万人，秀洲区1．44／万人，海盐1．41／万人，南湖区0．99／万人，整个嘉兴市平均为1．58／万人。桐乡最多，南湖区最少，两者有显著差异x2=20．1，P〈0．001，结论嘉兴地区病残儿鉴定中神经系统疾病占较大比例．预防病残儿的出现。应该积极开展出生缺陷的一级预防，减少病残儿的出生。Objective： Jiaxing City, County, two districts in the sick child identification nervous system disease were analyzed to provide a scientific basis, in order to improve the population quality, and reduce the incidence of nervous system of disabled children. Methods： Jiaxing 10 years 2000 to2010 in Jiaxing City, five counties and two districts reported sick child identification data and ana- lyzed. Results： In the past 10 years to participate in the sick child identification together 1150 eases, of which 542 eases of nervous system diseases, 47. 1% of the total sick child identification number. Disease of the nervous system diseases sick children constitute 5 were 139 cases of mental retardation, cerebral palsy 118 eases, 99 cases of cerebral dysgenesis, 65 cases of idiopathic epilepsy, four kinds of diseases accounted for 77. 5% of the nervous system disease; Jiaxing the ratio of Tongxiang in the five counties in two districts of the nervous system diseases, identification of disabled children up to 2. 07 / million, followed by Haining 1.76 / million, Jiashan 1.53 / million people, the Pinghu 1.5 / million, the Xiuzhou Ou 1.44 / million Haiyan 1.41 / million, Nanhu District, 0. 99 / mil- lion, the entire Jiaxing City, an average of 1.58 / million. The Tongxiang up to South Lake District, at least, both a significant differ- ence X 2 = 20. 1, P 〈 0. 001, Conclusion： the identification of disabled children in Jiaxing area of nervous system diseases accounted for a large proportion of the prevention of the emergence of disabled children should be actively carried out birth defects primary preven- tion, to reduce the birth of disabled children.
