摘 要:目的研究男性不育症患者精浆酸性磷酸酶与精浆生化指标的相关性。方法将489例男性不育症患者按照精液常数是否正常分为弱精症不孕症患者(观察组)和精液正常不孕症患者(对照组),比较两组精浆酸性磷酸酶水平及其与精浆生化指标的相关性。结果观察组精浆锌含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组精浆弹性蛋白酶含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),精浆酸性磷酸酶与精浆锌呈正相关(P<0.05),与精浆弹性蛋白酶呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精液正常不育症患者和弱精症患者在精浆生化指标含量方面存在差异,具体机制需要进一步研究。Objective: To study the influence of seminal acid phosphatese on seminal biochemistry in infertile male. Methods: 489 cases of patients with male sterility was recruited. In accordance with the whether the semen constant is normal, all the subjects were divided into two groups : Asthenozoospermia infertility patients ( study group) and normal semen of infertile women ( control group) were compared, seminal plasma acid phosphatase levels and seminal plasma biochemical parameters were compared. Results: Seminal plasma zinc in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and that seminal plasma elastase was ob- viously higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05). The corre- lation coefficient between seminal plasma acid phosphatase and seminal plasma was positive correlation (P 〈 0.05). seminal plasma acid phosphatase and seminal plasma dates have a negative correlation, and seminal plasma of alpha glycosidase and fructose no corre- lation ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The normal semen infertility patients and patients with asthenospermia differences in seminal plasma biochemical indexes content specific mechanisms need further study.
