摘　　要：目的探讨吸烟对精子参数、精子形态及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法调查210名男性不育患者的吸烟情况,计算机系统自动分析精液密度、活力和精子形态,采用精子染色质扩散实验(SCD法)进行精子DNA完整性分析。结果吸烟组精液密度、活力,精子形态畸形率和精子DNA碎片指数与非吸烟组比较,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论吸烟影响精液密度、活力,精子形态及精子DNA,是造成男性不育的原因之一。Objective： To explore the effect of cigarette smoking on human sperm parameters, sperm morphology and sperm DNA integrity. Methods： The cigarette smoking status of 210 patients with male infertility were investigated, the sperm density, vitality and sperm morphology were detected by computer assisted sperm analysis, the sperm DNA integrity were detected by sperm chromatin dis- persion test （SCD）. Results： There was a significant difference in the sperm density, vitality, sperm morphology and sperm DNA in- tegrity between cigarette smokers and nonsmokers. Conclusion： Cigarette Smoking affects the sperm density, vitality, sperm morpholo- gy and sperm DNA integrity, and thus to be one reason of male infertility.
