他莫西芬联合辅酶Q10治疗特发性少、弱、畸形精子症75例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用他莫西芬联合辅酶Q10治疗特发性少弱畸形精子症的临床效果。方法选取特发性少弱精子症患者196人,随机分为TMX+CoQ10组(n=75)、TMX组(n=58)及CoQ10治疗组(n=63)。治疗方法为TMX:每次10mg,2次/天,CoQ10:每次30mg,3次/天,连续服用3个月为一个疗程。治疗前及治疗6个月后检测患者外周静脉血清性激素水平和精子浓度、活力及形态。结果治疗6个月后与治疗前相比,TMX+CoQ10组和TMX组血清FSH、LH、T水平明显升高(P<0.05),CoQ10组无明显变化(P>0.05);TMX+CoQ10组和TMX组总精子数显著提高(P<0.05),CoQ10有所提高,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论他莫西芬联合辅酶Q10可以改善特发性少弱畸形精子症患者总精子数、活力及形态。Objective： To study the effect of tamoxifen （TMX） combined with coenzyme Q10 （CoQ10） on idiopathic oligoasthen- teratozoonospermia. Methods： A total of 196 patients with idiopathic oligoasthenteratozoonospermia were randomly divided into TMX ＋ CoQ10 group （n = 75）, TMX group （n = 58） and CoQ10 group （ n = 63）. At the end of 6 months of treatment, semen analyses and hormone tests were performed, and the results were compared with those obtained before the treatment. Results： Compared with the pro - treatment results, the ~evds of follicle - stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and testosterone （T） and sperm count were significantly elevated in the TMX ＋ CoQ10 and TMX groups （P 〈 0. 05）, but showed no significant difference in the CoQ10 groups （P 〉0. 05 ）; sperm motility and morphologically normal sperm were increased significantly in the TMX ＋ CoQ10 and CoQ10 groups （P 〈 0. 05）, and slightly increased in the TMX group but no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ： TMX combined with CoQ10 can significantly improve sperm count, motility and morphology in patients with idiopathic oligoasthenteratozoonospermia.
