川南地区2938例不育男性精液质量分析

摘　　要：目的分析川南地区不育症男性精液质量情况,为男性不育症临床提供科学依据。方法采用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)技术,按照第五版《WHO人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》,对2938例不育男性精液进行常规分析和统计。结果在2938例精液标本中,各项指标均正常者659例(22.4%);精液质量异常者2279(77.6%),精子活力异常1997(68%),活率异常1593(54.2%),pH值异常834(28.4%),精液量异常612(20.8%),密度异常509(17.3%),无精子症175(6%)。结论川南地区不育男性精液质量与同期育龄男性精液质量相比,精液质量明显下降,约77.6%的不育男性精液质量异常,精子活力和活率异常所占比例较高,提示精液质量下降是导致男性不育的主要因素。多种精子质量检测技术的应用将使男性不育特异性病因诊断变为可能。Objective： To investigate the sperm quality of male infertility in southern Sichuan and provide the scientific basis for clinical treatment and effect observation of infertility. Methods： According to ＂WHO Laboratory Manual fo the Examination of Human Semen＂, all the 2938 semen samples of male infertility were analyzed through CASA. Results： Among 2938 infertile males, sperm was normal in 659 cases, accounting for 22. 4%, and abnormal in 2279 cases （77. 6% ）. Among the abnormal cases, there were 1997 cases of abnormal motility （68%）, 1593 eases of abnormal viability （54. 2% ）, 834 eases of abnormal pH value （28.4%）, 612 cases of abnormal semen volume （ 20. 8% ）, 509 cases of abnormal concentration （ 17. 3% ） and 175 cases of azoospermia （ 6% ）. Conclusion： compared with the males fertility, the semen quality of the male infertility in southern Sichuan area had a marked decreased, about 77. 6% males infertlity had an abnormal sperm quality. Abnormal sperm motility and sperm viability occupy a higher proportion. All suggests that the quality decrease of sperm is a main factor for male infertility. The use of various technology on sperm testing will make the diagnosis of the specific pathogeny for male infertility possible .
