摘 要:对赤芍中Fe、h他、Cu、Zn、Mg、Al和Sr7种微量元素的化学形态进行了分析研究.用传统的煎煮法先进行元素提取,然后分别采用0.45μm微孔滤膜、LSA-10大孔吸附树脂柱、正辛醇/水分配体系,区分元素的可溶态和悬浮态、有机态和无机态、醇溶态和水溶态,最后用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对湿法消解后的各种元素进行测定。结果表明:7种元素的提取率在27.9%-71.2%,悬浮态的颗粒吸附率在7.7%一54.5%,加标回收率在95.4%-102.4%,检出限为22-14.7μg·L^-1,RSD≤3.1%。To study the chemical speciation of the 7 microelements, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Mg, Al and Sr in paeoniae padix rubra, these elements were divided into the soluble and suspended species, organic and inorganic species, the n-C8H17OH-soluble species and water-soluble species by 0.45μm membrane, LSA-10macroporous resin, the n-C8H17OH-water extraction system respectively after extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program. The contents of the 7 microelements were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 27.9%--71.2% in the decoction. Adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the range of 7.7%--54.5%. The recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 95.4%--102.4% and the detection limit of 7 microelements was in the range of Z2-14.7μg·L^-1,RSD≤3.1%.
