摘  要:在水溶液中合成了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)修饰的ZnO/CdS量子点(QDs),基于重金属铅与ZnO/CdS量子点的荧光猝灭作用,建立了以ZnO/CdS量子点为荧光探针检测痕量铅的新方法。实验发现,pH=5.00的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,量子点的浓度为6.90×10^-6mol/L时,铅的浓度在2.0×10^-9-2.2×10^-7mol/L范围与ZnOICdS量子点荧光猝灭强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9980,检出限为9.6×10^-10mol/L。应用此法检测环境水体中的痕量重金属铅的含量,结果满意。The water-soluble ZnO/CdS quantum dots (QDs) was synthesized using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as stabilizer. A novel method for determination of trace lead has been developed based on quenching of the fluorescence of ZnO/CdS QDs by in lead aqueous solutions. The optimum reaction conditions was found to be at pH 5.00 with HAc-NaAc buffer solution, and a ZnO/CdS QDs concentration of 6.90×10^-6moFL. The quenched fluorescence intensity of ZnO/CdS QDs is linearly proportional to the concentration of lead ions from 2.0×10^-9 to 2.2×10^-7 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9980, and the detection limit for silver ions is 9.6×10^-10mol/L. Then the proposed new method was applied to detect trace of heavy metals lead ion content of the environmental water with satisfactory results.
