摘  要:探讨黄连粉末药材的红外光谱学特征,建立黄连药材质量检测的新方法,为其宏观质量控制提供参考。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(兀礞),测定不同批次,不同目数的黄连粉末的红外宏观整体图谱,并对获得的图谱进行特征峰指认和对比分析。结果发现,黄连药材具有明显的红外光谱“指纹特征”,图谱中位于1505cm^-1的芳环骨架振动峰是判断盐酸小檗碱在不同目数的黄连样品中的含量高低的主要依据。不同批次的测定结果与HPLC基本吻合。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,且能够准确把握黄连药材的整体信息,因此可作为黄连药材的质量检测方法。A novel method was established to measure eoptis chinensis, in which the special peak was investaged by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and afford to control the quality of eoptis ehinensis. The characteristic peaks were recognized and compared with the FTIR spectra of the eoptis ehinensis samples from different magnetitum and different mesh. The results showed: The FTIR spectra of eoptis ehinensis exhibited macroscopic fingerprint characters. The typical and strongest absorption peak in IR spectrum of berberine is at 1505 cml , which is assigned to aromatic skeleton vibration band, and its intensities in spectra of eoptis ehinensis herb and its different mesh become the main identifieation standard of the eontents of berberine in those samples. The results of eoptis chinensis from different magnetitum were consistented with the results of HPLC. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive and could be used to control the quality of eoptis chinensis.
