摘  要:首次采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体.质谱法(ICP.MS)测定新疆雪菊和碧螺春、乌龙茶3种茶叶中11种微量元素(As、Ba、Pb、Ni、Cd、Cr、Sb、Zn、Sc、Hg、A曲的含量。用茶叶标准物质对测定方法的准确度进行验证,结果表明方法的回收率介于96%-104%之间,线性相关系数,.均大于0.9960,相对标准偏差RSD〈3.2%。该法的样品前处理简单,多元素同时分析,元素问测定无干扰,测定快速准确。本法适于不同茶叶中11种微量元素的检验。ICP-MS method for determination of multiple trace elements in sanvitalia acinifolia DC and two kinds of tea were set up for the first time. With ICP-MS, these tea on eleven trace elements (As, Ba, Pb, Ni, Cd, Cr, Sb, Zn, Se, Hg, Ag) had been determined directly. The recoveries of all these elements were between 96% and 104%, the linear correlation coefficient r was greater than 0.9960 % and precision RSD〈3.2%. This method was simple, analyzed at the same time, less interference between elements for determination and detected quickly and accurately. This method is suit for different tea in the eleven kinds of trace elements on inspection.
