摘 要:基于EN 14363—2005中的车辆脱轨安全性静态试验方法,在SIMPACK软件中设置了相关试验环境,完成了动车组拖车的脱轨安全性评估,研究了悬挂参数对脱轨安全性的影响。分析结果表明,在进行扭曲试验时,车辆的最小轮轨垂向力随着抗侧滚扭杆的等效侧滚角刚度、轴箱悬挂系统和中央悬挂系统垂向刚度的增大而减小,使车辆的脱轨安全性趋于恶化。在曲线线路上运行时,轮轨横向作用主要受制于轴箱纵向和横向定位刚度,改变转向架轴箱定位刚度会影响车辆脱轨安全性。On the basis of the static test method for vehicle derailment safety in EN 14363-2005,the relevant test environment is arranged in SIMPACK software,the derailment safety estimation for trailer cars in multiple units is carried out,and the effect of suspension parameters on derailment safety is researched.The analysis result shows that,in the torsional test,the minimum wheel-rail vertical force of vehicles will decrease along with the increase of the equivalent rolling angle stiffness,the vertical stiffness of the axlebox suspension system and the central suspension system of anti-roll bars,thus,the derailment safety of vehicles is worsened.In operation on curve,the lateral wheel-rail application is mainly under the control of longitudinal and lateral positioning stiffness of axlebox,and changing of the positioning stiffness of the bogie axlebox will affect the derailment safety of vehicles.
