摘 要:为了对绵羊INHA基因进行生物信息学分析,试验对从GenBank中检索到的8个物种的INHA基因同源序列进行系统进化分析,并对绵羊INHA基因的理化性质、编码蛋白二级结构、信号肽、跨膜结构以及蛋白质亚细胞定位进行分析。结果表明:绵羊INHA基因与山羊、牛、猪亲缘关系很近;其编码的蛋白是一个疏水性不稳定蛋白,分子质量为73 098.2 u,包含857个氨基酸;蛋白的二级结构由39个α-螺旋(14.72%)、15个β-转角(5.66%)、156个无规则卷曲(58.87%)、55个延伸链(20.75%)和3个跨膜结构区域组成;该蛋白定位于细胞核,不含信号肽。To perform bioinformatics analysis of the INHA gene in sheep. The phylogenetie analysis was performed for the homologous sequences of the INHA gene from 8 species, which were searched and retrieved from GenBank. In addition, the physico -chemical properties, secondary structure of coding protein, signal peptide, transmembrane domain and protein subcellular localization for the INHA genes were also analyzed. The results showed that the INHA gene in sheep had a closer genetic relationship with those of goat, cattle, and pig; its encoded protein was hy- drophobic and labile protein, and its molecular weight was 73098.2 u, encoding 857 amino acids; the secondary structure of the protein consis- ted of 39 α - helices ( 14.72% ) , 15 β- Turns (5.66%), 156 random coils (58.87%) ,55 extended strands (20.75%) and three transmem- brane domains; the protein localized in the nucleus, excluding the signal peptide.
