摘　　要：饲料资源匮乏已经成为肉牛业发展的主要限制因素。文章对国外肉牛饲料资源开发的研究成果进行总结分析,从粗饲料开发和加工副产品开发两个方面论述了国外肉牛饲料资源开发的研究进展,以期为我国肉牛饲养提供一些借鉴。The shortage of feed resources has become a main limiting factor in the development of beef cattle industry. This paper summarizes and analyzes the research findings on the development of feed resources for foreign beef cattle, and also discusses the research progress in the devel- opment of the feed resources for foreign beef cattle from the two aspects including roughage and processing byproduct, with a view to providing some references on raising beef cattle in China.
