摘  要:为了研究黄花棘豆对小白鼠的毒性,试验将15只昆明系小白鼠随机分为3组,A组日粮中添加40%黄花棘豆,B组日粮中添加20%黄花棘豆,C组为阴性对照,进行30 d的饲喂试验。结果表明:A组小白鼠在第8天出现死亡,B组小鼠在第10天出现死亡;A组、B组与C组相比,小白鼠体重增重缓慢且差异显著,血象中血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)水平差异显著,肝脏发生大小不等的空泡变性。当日粮中黄花棘豆含量达到20%时,小白鼠就会出现死亡。说明黄花棘豆对小白鼠具有较强的毒性。To study the toxicity of Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge to white mice, 15 Kunming white mice were randomly divided into 3 groups. The mice in the group A and B were fed different doses of Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge (40% and 20% ) in the diets, respectively; group C was negative control group. The toxicity test of Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge was conducted for 30 days. The results showed that the mice in the group A began to die after 8 days, and the mice in the group B began to die after 10 days. Compared with control group, the magnitude of weight gain in the mice was obviously decreased in the group A and B, and there were significant differences in the two groups; there were significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin (HGB) and platelet (PLT) in hemogram; and the vacuolar degeneration in varying sizes occurred in the liver. When the dose of Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge in the diets reached 20%, it could cause the death of the mice. The resuhs indicate that Oxytropis Ochrocephala Bunge has strong toxicity on the white mice.
