摘  要:为了研究有机肥的施用对三峡库区土壤养分和重金属含量变化的影响,试验通过施用牛粪有机肥种植牧草,重点研究有机肥施肥量对土壤质量和安全的影响。结果表明:土壤中氮、磷和钾含量随着有机肥施用量的增加而升高,与施用化肥相比,施用有机肥后土壤氮含量增幅较大;土壤中铜、锌、铅、镉、砷含量随着有机肥施用量的增加而升高,但符合《GB 15618—1995土壤环境质量标准》的要求。说明施用有机肥可以提高土壤养分含量,未造成土壤重金属污染;但施用的长期影响需要进一步研究。To study the effects of organic fertilizer application on the soil nutrients and contents of heavy metals in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region, the test was focused on the effects of application amount of organic fertilizer on soil quality and safety through planting forage with ap- plying organic fertilizer from cow dung. The results showed the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil were increased with the in- crease of application amount of organic fertilizer. Compared with the application of chemical fertilizer, the content of nitrogen in soil with the ap- plication of organic fertilizer was higher than that with the application of chemical fertilizer; the contents of copper, zinc, lead, cadmium and ar- senic in soil were increased with the increase of application amount of organic fertilizer, but which met the requirement of the environmental quality standards for soils ( GB 15618 - 1995 ). The results indicate that the application of organic fertilizer can increase the content of soil nutri- ents, without causing soil heavy metal pollution in the short term; but it needs further study to determine the long - term effect of the applica- tion.
