摘 要:目的探讨鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8和S100A9蛋白水平与临床分期及血浆EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体的相关性。方法用ELISA法检测鼻咽癌患者(Ⅱ期36例,Ⅲ期104例,Ⅳ期104例)和104例体检健康者血浆中S100A8、S100A9蛋白浓度和EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平,用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8、S100A9蛋白浓度分别为0.44(0.25,0.78)ng/mL和202.71(185.79,238.54)pg/mL,显著高于体检健康者0.29(0.18,0.44)ng/mL和192.43(170.66,193.42)pg/mL(P均<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期鼻咽癌患者血浆S100A8、S100A9蛋白浓度均高于体检健康者(P均<0.05),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ期鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8、S100A9蛋白浓度高于Ⅳ期(P<0.05);Ⅲ期S100A9蛋白浓度高于Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8、S100A9蛋白浓度与EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平无相关性(r分别为-0.04,-0.07,P均>0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者血浆中S100A8和S100A9蛋白水平升高,且与临床分期有关。Objective To explore the correlation of the levels of $100A8 and S100A9 protein in the plasma of nasopharyngeal carcino- ma (NPC) patients with the clinical stages and the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) VCA-IgA antibody. Methods ELISA method was used to examine the concentrations of S100A8 and S100A9 and the levels of EBV VCA-IgA in the plasma of NPC patients ( stage H : 36 ca- ses, stage III : 104 cases, stage IV : 104 cases) and healthy subjects ( 104 cases). The results were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 statisti- cal software. Results The concentrations of S100A8 and SI00A9 in the plasma of NPC patients were 0.44 (0.25, 0.78) ng/mL and 202.71 (185.79,238.54) pg/mL, which were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects 0.29 [ (0.18, 0.44 ) ng/mL and 192.43 (170.66, 193.42) pg/mL] (P 〈 0.05 ). The concentrations of S100A8 and S100A9 in the plasma of NPC patients at stages II , II and IV were all higher than those of healthy subjects ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and those of stage H and m were higher than that of stage IV ( P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of S100A9 at stage 111 was higher than that of stage II ( P 〈 0.05 ). No correlation between the concentrations of S100A8 and SIOOA9 and the levels of EBV VCA-IgA was found in the plasma of NPC patients ( r = - 0.04, - 0.07, all P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The concentrations of S100A8 and SI00A9 protein in the plasma of NPC patients were elevated and asso- ciated with the clinical stages of NPC.
