摘 要:用花岗岩尾渣制备基础玻璃,在不同的温度下核化处理,用DSC、XRD和FESEM等手段研究核化温度对析晶性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃表面析出的主晶相为斜长石,次晶相为镁橄榄石,内部析出的主晶相为透辉石。DSC曲线中的析晶峰对应于玻璃表面晶体的析出,与内部析晶无关,且析晶峰温度的降低值与析晶难易程度没有对应关系。最佳核化温度为730℃,经730℃核化和923℃晶化后,得到的微晶玻璃透辉石衍射峰的相对强度最强,抗折强度最高,为81.5MPa。Effect of nucleation temperature on the crystallization behavior of glass-ceramics prepared from granite tail- ings was investigated by DSC,XRD and FESEM, respectively. The experimental results showed that the main crystalline phase plagioclase along with a little forsterite was precipitated on the surface of the glass and augite was the main crystal- line phase in the bulk. The crystallization peak temperature in the DSC curves was related to the surface crystallization, and there was no relationship between the reduction values of Tp and the capacity of the crystallization. The optimum nu- cleation temperature was 730 ℃. After nucleated at 730 ℃ and crystallized at 923 ℃ ,diffraction peaks of the augite of the sample were strongest,and the high value of the bending strength was 81.5 MPa.
