循环流化床固硫灰渣性能比较研究

摘　　要：固硫灰渣是循环流化床电厂燃煤发电排放的废弃物，由于所选煤质、燃煤机组工艺参数等差异，其成分和性能波动较大。为探明固硫灰渣组成和性能差异，为其综合利用提供参考，选取国内较有代表性的固硫灰渣进行性能比较研究。结果表明：固硫灰渣的需水量较大，是普通粉煤灰的2～3倍；固硫灰渣性能与其SO3和f-CaO组分含量有密切关系，固硫灰渣的自硬性强度和活性指数随着体系中SO3和f-CaO含量的增加先增大后减小，其中固硫渣E自硬性强度最高，活性最好，其56d净浆强度能达到41．99MPa，参照粉煤灰标准活性指数达到84．89％，参照矿渣标准其活性指数达78．77％；f-CaO对灰渣的线性膨胀率影响较大，随着其含量的增加线性膨胀率逐渐增大。Fluidized bed combustion ash and slag are wastes which discharged from circulating fluidized bed coal-fired plant. Because of the volatiles of coal and process parameters of the coal-fired unites,the chemical compositions and prop- erties of circulating fluidized bed combustion （CFBC） ashes and slag have large differences. In this paper,CFBC ashes and slags from different power plants were investigated in order to investigate the differences of the component and proper- ties,and provide a reference to utilization. CFBC ash and slag have a greater water requirement, which has two or three times compared with fly ash. The properties of CFBC ash and slag are closely related with the component of SO3 and free lime （f-CaO）. The activity index and water requirement of CFBC ash and slag firstly increased, then decreased with in- creasing of SO3 and f-CaO. The sample E has a most compression strength and best activity index. The compression strength can reach to 41.99 MPa,and the activity index can reach to 84.89% and 78.77% consulted the national standard of fly ash and slag. The content of f-CaO has great impact on the linear expansion,and the linear expansion increases with increasing of f-CaO.
